Returns & Exchanges

We'd rather get you the right fit than just take something back. If it's not quite right, we'll help you exchange it — or refund it, if that's what you need.

Return window 14 days from delivery.

Condition Unworn, unwashed, tags attached. If it's been worn beyond trying it on, we can't accept it back.

Return shipping Return shipping is on you, unless we sent the wrong item or something arrived defective — that one's on us.

How it works

1. Email hello@franklinleisureclub.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange or return.
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive it, exchanges ship right back out. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final sale Anything marked final sale at checkout can't be returned or exchanged.
